John the gardener had previously introduced himself and helped me buy several plants even though I was just looking! Today he was brilliant.And because he had introduced himself before I felt I could easily approach him. I had been looking for fence spikes and he went the extra mile to find them and find the bolts for them. He advised me how to install and gave me good instructions. He was so kind and helpful. I will be back to buy Jasmine it’s wonderful to meet a knowledgeable person in Homebase. Although I tend to buy more plants

John was extremely helpful and I will now be able to get what I need (correct products and amount of product) for my garden.

I bought a trolley full of plants and soil today .I was served by peter G who I must say was a breath of fresh air so helpful and Couldn't help me enought.would definitely shop here again 😃

Once again I was served by John from the garden Center he was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very helpful and friendly. 10/10!

I had recent positive experience at the Homebase garden centre in Boucher Road, Belfast. I went with my elderly father and due to his difficulty walking around he was offered and accepted a wheelchair. Initially, we thought there was no assistant in the garden centre but when we asked for help an assistant called John came off his lunch break to help us. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We left feeling happy that we had purchased the right thing. I gave only four stars as initially there was nobody to help us.

John in the plant dept outside made it great! Difficult often in huge store to find personality but John has it in abundance. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a personable approach…just a lovely guy.

John the gardener was very helpful, he helped me pick out the correct stuff to grow potatoes :)

John was really helpful and gave me great advice about what to plant based on my gardening plans. He also saved me some money by advising smaller plants and how to place them to form a barrier to next door's weeds. Thanks very much!

I was helped today in Belfast Boucher Road Homebase, garden centre by John the gardener. He always greets people with a smile and is so helpful and ready to answer any questions about the garden.
I love my garden and for many years I have visited different garden centres but John is the best!
He is always willing to help people load up trolleys with soil and plants and help people to their cars, he gives good advice, very encouraging and patient and listens to garden queries, Homebase you are very lucky to have John working there.

There is one person in the Homebase (Shane retail pk) who makes my visit worthwhile. His name is John who works in the garden department. He is such a nice, friendly, professional person and he certainly knows his stuff. He treats the customers as people which is very important as it means I will return to him each time I need advice and plants. He is a real credit to Homebase.

John was very helpful in the Belfast Boucher Road store - he provided excellent advice on sowing grass seed and helped me load up my car with heavy bags of lawn soil. A very enjoyable shopping experience and Kirsten was also very helpful at the till point.

My kitchen adviser, Keith Glover, was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the kitchen ranges, developed a great plan with me for an unusual shaped space and he was friendly and patient throughout. It was Keith's excellent service that convinced me to go ahead with a Homebase kitchen.
