Bad Organisation of Stock
Went to pick up - wrong one picked - checked warehouse 26 should be in according to website - could not find - about to have refund - guy on a ladder found the box on a shelf close to display - obviously not put out - need a bit more organisation- did click and collect to quicken it as in a rush - obviously did not work!!!
