Visiting the store today I was unsure exactly what I needed so I asked Mary at customer service she was very helpful at finding exactly what I needed Mary is a credit too the team very friendly helpful 5star service

Mary was very helpful, I also noticed her helping an elderly lady before me too.

The products I bought were damaged although sale items, I have patched them up as not worth time and fuel to go back - also purchase a couple of laundry bins the lids were also damaged on further inspection

Mary at the Checkout desk was friendly and helpful without being over the top.

Very prompt polite service. The items were already for me on a trolley so I could just wheel it out to my car.

Popped in to get some keys cut. Mary was very helpful and engaging whilst we waited for the machine to do its work. The keys all functioned when tested at home

The product I was after was in the area of the store I expected it to be, was a good price (especially after checking alternatives online) and the service from Carole was, as she always is, friendly and efficient. She always says Hello when I walk in and is always pleasant and knowledgeable should I need some advice or directions.

Just popped into Homebase of Launton Road Retail Park today for decorating items, greeted by Mary at the tills with a smile. After receiving payment, she made an effort to create a conversation, generally, a friendly member of staff.

No hassle. Ordered my items on line arrived after the hour and they were waiting for me.

I asked a lady to help me who at the time was cleaning up a paint spillage. I waited of course. Rachel went over and above with help and advice.
I wanted two types of paint, one she made for me as it wasn’t in stock, another she advised on plus suggested a product to help with an issue with some wood.
So friendly and polite and full of knowledge.

Debbie who works at this branch miraculously found £100 that my wife dropped in the store and returned it to her safely. Thank you Debbie!

Required specific items and enquired with an assistant he directed me to both items. We’ll manage red and polite young man.
At checkout we were served by Mary a cheery individual always smiling. Asked if we’d found all that we’d come in for.
Overall very pleasant experience.

Mary was super friendly. So smiley and nice to not just get a grunt when it comes to paying, she was happy to have a little chat about the local area. Always nice to be served by a friendly person. Makes wanting to come back more convincing than thinking of finding an alternative shop or to buy online.

What a lovely bunch of staff in the Bicester store, when into the store to look at garden furniture with my nan, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Gordon who when above and beyond the call of duty, really made my nans day :)
