Click and Collect worked a treat!
I used their Click and Collect system for the first time. Some items were in stock, some not. Excellect system of communication to inform me when each part of my order was ready fot pick up. The staff in store were top notch, knowledgeable, and cheerful - a real pleasure!

Happy with item purchased
Would have liked a little help getting the rather heavy (for me) item of furniture on to the trolley. I was obviously struggling. The carton was ripped and had no end flap. When I queried this was told that “that was how it came in”. I asked for assurance that if it was damaged when I unpacked it, I would be able to claim a refund. This was agreed

Transaction went well, but open the customer toilet please...
Click and collect worked seamlessly, and purchased another item at the same desk. Employee was very helpful. Disappointed that the customer toilets are now kept locked. As a person living with Crohn's disease, I really needed the toilet but had to drive to Tesco on the other side of town to use one.
