The staff at homebase Bishop Auckland are really helpful , go out of there way to help and very friendly, it’s a pleasure to go in I have to say Donna at the Bishop Auckland store is really lovely thank you to all in there Sharon .

Just bought an Andorra 4 seater table and 4 chairs plus parasol in the 15% off sale.
Product looks fantastic - made our mind up it was right. Then to be told the parasol base which cost £30 - £25 in sale- WAS NOT INCLUDED.
No where on the dodgy advertising was this stated ! The parasol 4 chairs and base were featured and stated as included. FAILED to mention the parasol base as an extra. Very poor advertising and I’m sure against trading standards.

Ordered on line got 15% off so even better.was kept up to date about delivery.collected next working day from my nominated store.only little misunderstanding I thought you would get oil to put in mower so had to buy separate.

We visited Homebase at Bishop Auckland yesterday evening and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. I asked Paul a staff member for some advice who went out of his way to assist us and then took us around the store to further help with the rest of our purchases. Nothing was a trouble to him, excellent customer service.

Always pleasant helpful staff at the Tindale Branch in Bishop Auckland , it’s a pleasure looking around the store always set out lovely and always very clean . Also plenty of offers it’s always my go to store first and I can always find what I need .

The website was clear and simple to follow, the time taken to receive my text saying the goods were ready was very quick indeed and when I drove over about 3 hours later to collect, the staff were friendly, helpful and charming.

Excellent experience. Ordered online and staff called to let me know there was a potential issue with the item. This was really helpful and considerate. I travelled to store and decided the item was ok. Everyone who l liased with was helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Many thanks.

Excellent service from the assistant who served me and assisted me to the car. She was extremely helpful and courteous a credit to the store.

Ordering online was easy. Item was taken to my car and loaded by very friendly member of staff.

Paul let my little boy assist with paint mixing my son is deaf amd has a learning disability, any interaction like that just makes his day, Many thanks!!

I asked for assistance from Richard and although he was busy, he was very pleasant and helpful. I then was offered or asked for assistance from 2 other members of staff, it was a wonderful experience to get such engaged staff. Richard came to help again with an unsure colleague, carried my large purchase downstairs then into my car. Fantastic service from Homebase bishop Auckland staff- excellent, pleasant cashier too. I went in for a £10 purchase and spent £80-that’s my only complaint, lol. Will definitely be my first choice of DIY store in the future, well done and thank you all 🌟 for restoring my faith in customer service 👍

Decided to have a look around Homebase garden centre! I was pleasantly surprised, reasonably priced and good quality specimens! Came away really pleased with my purchases

Up until I requested help with carrying my paint to the car it was ok.

My request was not denied but the attitude of the guy and the woman on the till was not what I would expect. I carried the tins of paint and a plant, I had also purchased, to the car myself in the end....

Guy put everything in my car. Much appreciated.

Picking up click and collect. Assistant was very efficient and friendly. Got just what I wanted.

Staff are very helpful and courteous.

Parts of the item I purchased was broken this shop replaced it for me and were very helpful
