I placed a click and collect order to save time looking around in store. Really efficient, order was right there after letting the assistant know my order number. He is always very polite and friendly when I visit even double checked through everything and asked if I would like someone to help put it in my car, going above and beyond, could not ask for better service!

i disliked the fact I had already…
i disliked the fact I had already ordered this item on click or collect but because I was unable to collect within the 5 days, you took my money, I tried to extend the collect date but was informed it had be returned to store and was forced to reorder and arrange another collection.It was an item that was cheap to buy, so is a minimal amount to wait 3/4 days or a refund. What would you have done if it was hundreds of pounds.
