Unhelpful and grumpy staff
Member of staff didn't want order number or surname, just wanted to know what had been ordered. Was grumpy when ordered details were offered.
As l had asked a friend to pick up the order for me, she could have been anyone, and was concerned she might have gotten the wrong order.
