What the heck is going on guys
I was told my item would be delivered that day, then asked if I was satisfied with the delivery, before it had happened. The item was delivered the following day, and to the wrong address. I live on Scotland Road; the item was delivered to the nearby Edinburgh Road, the driver having apparently assumed that it must have meant 'Edinburgh', because that's in Scotland. There was no card left, or anything like that; the Edinburgh Road resident brought the item round. In that respect, Homebase didn't deliver the item at all. :S

The ordering process was intuitive
The ordering process was intuitive, and the product was delivered promptly and arrived at the predicted time. The artificial Christmas tree product is of good quality and was priced reasonably.

The ordering experience was easy and straightforward as you would expect. Went to collect my tiles was met by a really lovely assistant who was cheerful as well as being exceptionally helpful. She should be congratulated on her excellent customer service
