Amazing staff
I went to Homebase Catford wanting to get clearance paving stones , when I was told that unfortunately they are in the warehouse I threw a hissy fit and to be fair was a little rude to staff called Clive and Joan , not once did they argue back with me they went above and beyond and got the paving stones for me , they are what customer service is about and I thank them very much for being so lovely to me .

Liz the kitchen designer excellent
Liz the kitcgen designer was exprienced, was excellent in designing the kutchen for iur small kitchen space. She would be available to answer questions and was passionate about helping us to achieve the kitchen we would be satisfied to have.

Just needs to be a bit better
It was quick and convenient to purchase - but collection was awkward. The woman serving was distracted and ignored customers while she chatted with a colleague leaving customers queuing, and frustrated.

Kitchen purchase
We had a great experience with Homebase in Catford from start to finish. The designer, Ujala, was great at getting us started and shared possible solutions to get what we wanted in the kitchen and made everything possible. She spent lots of time with us and made all the items arrived on time. So happy with the finished product. Thank you Ujala!
