Good service in store, delivery as anticipated, delighted with items I purchased.

Just had the most amazing customer support from Rachel in Homebase Sealand Chester. Working on gardens she jumped on the furniture department and had only used the delivery service once. She showed initiative determination and focus to ensure that our product was bought and arranged a delivery slot. This wasn’t an easy task in using a system she was not use to but this didn’t deter her. Well done and thank you for an excellent service.Mrs Newbold

I had been over the road at b&q for several hours. I had sought help from 6 different people over a variety of things (I'm doing a lot of work in my new home) and all but one were unhelpful, were not interested and one was blatantly rude.
I then come into your store and I browsed for a bit then needed help so went over and asked the guy on the till f anyone could come to help me. He was very cheerful and said that at that moment there was only one person free. He asked what items I needed help with (location) and said he'd send someone over. A guy came over to me shortly afterwards and was very friendly and really made the effort to help me. He wasn't quite sure of the answer, so proceeded to look things up online and I felt genuinely cared for as a customer. He really made the effort and took the time, despite the fact that staff were spread thinly, and he would have had other things to do, and other customers to help. My further interactions with the guy at the till were also very pleasant.

I went in to the store to buy secateurs. Malcolm at the till suggested the ones I had chosen were not the best ones for the job. He was right and he saved me some money.

Ordered my patio set online....email to pick up it in 20 mins. Staff were quick, efficient and very helpful (helped me put it in the car). An absolute steal £150 for a table, 4 chairs and a parasol built in 20 mins. 5*experience.

the shop assistant at the till greeted me as I entered and was very pleasant when I paid.

Visited the chester branch and had really good service from both Kat and Vikki.
Will definitely shop there again they put a smile on my face even if a massive spider had me scared 🤣

Lovely clean store, easy process for click and collect. Friendly staff, got some great bargains on plants 👍

The item was delivered on the day the company stated. The company sent me a message stating that I would be contacted with a delivery time but I did not get one. The item arrived early in the morning which was not a problem as I was up and dressed. The two men carried the item to where I wanted it , which was appreciated.

Collected some floor tiles from Chester Homebase and the ladies there couldn’t do enough to help. Even loaded them into my car for me. Five star service!

Garden furniture we purchased was ideal for what we required and a good price. delivery was on time we a very polite driver

We recently visited the Homebase store on the Greyhound retail park in Chester. We had interactions with Maxine, Vicki and Julie. Over the purchase of a couple of large items. All three of them were approachable, friendly and VERY helpful. They are a credit to the store and the company. Thank you all so much

The usual excellent and friendly advice from Julie (Paint) at Chester this time regarding my search for doorstep paint.

Recommended item was Rust-Oleum All-Surface paint in cardinal red.

We had viewed garden furniture in a few outlets, but decided to purchase from Homebase for two reasons. Firstly the quality of the product and just as important the service we received from Julie in Chester. Although her department was on paint, she went the extra mile to make sure we were fully informed. A lovely lady and a credit to the company

Easy to order online and very easy to collect online order. Very clean & tidy store.

Stephen was fantastic I came in for a paint sprayer and left with a beautiful olive tree £145 and it was delivered. I have worked in retail sales for 38 yrs and Stephen is a great asset to Homebase. Well done

Bought 11 bags of compost. Member of staff offered to help his colleague wheel the trolley from the back, but then no offer of help for me to wheel the trolley to the car park nor unload the purchase. Poor!
