Ordered on Sunday, picked up Monday excellent service

Sarah and team were excellent and very helpful with bathroom fittings

Process is a breeze. Collection was from the back of the cashier( who was very helpful) so did not have to go inside the store. Highly recommended.

Really helpful staff member on Click and Collect desk.
Knowledgable about the fact that discount was only possible with online order, but arranged for goods to be brought down so I could assess size and whether they would fit in my car, before I committed to the order.
Once transaction was complete he brought the items to my car and loaded them carefully for me.

Second visit in two days,bought some garden stones and am unable to do any lifting,first visit,was immediately offered help when I reached the desk,my daughter did some of the lifting,second visit I was on my own ,asked for help at the desk,again within minutes a young guy came out to help me select then take me to the car,whilst I was paying ,the team at the desk were very chatty both with me and each other,lovely atmosphere,pleasure to shop,I have at least 4 garden centres nearer to me ,but will definitely be back to yours,thank you to all involved

I went directly to click & collect counter where I was served straight away. The young man checked online and went immediately to find my order. In no time at all (2 minutes?) he was back with all my items loaded onto a trolley. He then offered to put everything in our van for which we were Very grateful as it was all very heavy.

As usual, great friendly srvice from both till staff and garden manager today.
Terrific range fo healthy plants at comptative prices.

We always enjoy shopping in the Christchurch homebase store as we get friendly and helpful service. today we were helped by Mark who loaded a very big and heavy pot into our car bought using click and collect on line and provided us with a saw to cut a piece of wood bought on a separate order so that we could get it in the car. We were so greatfull!

Smooth click and collect service, great price and staff very helpful

Ordered 4 bags of compost online as they were on offer at a good price. Order process straightforward and was notified within an hour that it was ready to collect.
When we collected the compost, 3 of the 4 bags were split but we swapped them for intact bags with no issues.
