Homebase - Craigavon Reviews 

We were served by Leigh and helped by Nigel to load and secure our purchase on our car. He was extremely helpful. Leigh was very friendly and cheerful too.

Really well treated by Craigavon branch by Nigel and lynsey needed new blade for my lawnmower bought August 2023 had no blades that matched so they replaced with newer model

Had what I wanted in stock, ordered Click & Collect. One hour later I went and collected!

Being able to ring local to verify item was there for collection was great

The customer service of the staff in the Craigavon store was atrocious! Click and collected a set of large garden furniture, but they didn’t have it on a trolley to make it easier to get it to car. Asked staff if they had something to help bringing it out but were like, ‘It’s whatever there is out there.’ Which when we arrived 10 mins after opening, there were no trolleys about which means they probably only have 6 max for a whole store. Staff didn’t even offer to help bring the item out with me. So, we were told to wait outside for someone to finish with a trolley then have to queue up again at click and collect. The trolley situation is so bad, other people were waiting for a trolley outside after we eventually got it to the car. Click and collected something from B&Q and they had the item on a trolley already - that’s proper service.

Excellent communication and service

Ordered panels from Belfast Store on 16/5/24 which the website told me in stock and available for click and i. Paid for them - money taken very efficiently of course - booked a taxi to the store to the store to be told that they had no stock! Up to 5 days for my money to be refunded as well. Taxi cost £15. Tried the Homebase in Craigavon on 17/5/24 - website informed me that there was 13 panels in stock. Ordered 4 via click and collect - money again taken very efficiently. Received message confirming my order and that they would be ready for collection after 10 a.m. on 18/5/24. On the 18/5/24 they rang me to say that the panels were in the warehouse and not to call too early for them. I left it to 4 pm and called in. No sign of any panels which were still somewhere in the warehouse and it could be days before they would be available! And of course, up to 5 working days for a refund. Total disgrace and sharp practice.

Plus the store NEVER answer their phone and ot just directs you to their website.

Review on behalf of my sister - wanted to give a shout out to the staff in Homebase store in Craigavon. Staff really helpful and especially the manager Lynsey who went above and beyond to help and got a staff member to take my purchase to the car for me. Will definitely be back. (Sharon Woods)

Incomplete click & collect order once again

Ordered Lawnmower and Strimmer for Click and Collect, but from two different stores. No problems at all. Easy ordering, notified within the hour when ready. Friendly and helpful staff in store.

When we bought the item on line, it said it would be held for 4/5 days. We went after 2 days and the order had been put back into stock with our ticket on it. The assistant, after serving people, went and got the item. He told us they only hold items 2 days for collection.

Fair selection of lawnmowers. Think I found what appears to be a robust model. Till assistant advised guarantee registration was instantaneous - good - & keep photo record of receipt in case it was needed.
