Ordered product on line Thompson wet look seal x 2 along with additional goods. Told to collect only to be advised stock wrong only one. Understand errors but when check levels at store when collecting my reduced order, branch stock STILL showing phantom stock! This is really poor Homebase and not a problem I expect in this day and age. Future will return to Screwfix. Welcome your comments.

Ordering online was easy and goods were ready for collection within an hour
Click part was fine, collect not so. Most interaction was with the assistant’s back turned, products were placed on the counter and they walked away, not even a thank you!

Very disappointed with daventry homebase , wife went up to buy a mower she asked for help to carry for her and they said to busy , so a lovely man who was a customer came out after her helped her to the car with it .

No stock of Lloyd Pascal radiator covers in Rugby Homebase, so we drove to Daventry where Stock was available. Had difficulty to locate store, never did, returned to Rugby and ordered on line, despite the extortionate price of £20.0 for delivery. Delivery promised and achieved for 30th March, though later than stated for noon, and left in porch as instructed by our note on front door. Product straightforward to assemble. Is of good quality and adds to the presentation of our new flooring to the hallway and new stair carpet.
I ordered this click and collect item in the Daventry store because I couldn’t find it and there was only one left. Within 10 minutes or so I received the email to say it was ready to collect. I was very impressed.

Adelaide and Sam were so helpful in helping us source bags of play sand for our Pre School. Great quality sand and such helpful, kind staff. We are very greatful for their kindness.

The 2 lengths of guttering pipe supplied were distorted and out of shape and we were advised we could go and chose two more from the store. Also one item was missing and this also had to be obtained in the store. Finally there were two pieces of another item for which we only required one. For a process which is supposed to be quick and efficient for customers it was disappionting and frustrating.

We had a great experience from beginning to end thanks to Rob at homebase Daventry. Rob designs the kitchens and bathrooms and was always very welcoming any time we went in, he listened to our design ideas and was very receptive to any alterations and came up with an amazing design which really transformed our bathroom. What a refreshing change to go somewhere that has a brilliant customer service, any issues were rectified swiftly by Rob which made the whole experience stress free, also the team he uses for fitting were brilliant and friendly as is all the team at homebase Daventry. Would not hesitate to use them again and cannot say enough the friendly atmosphere and brilliant customer service, also to deal with a local store makes all the difference.
I'm a big fan of Homebase, but the Daventry store is a real let-down. It's like a ghost town in there, and there's hardly any choice when it comes to curtains and home decor. So i just go to buy Paints.

John at Homebase Daventry was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond in his customer service.
Only 1 person on the checkout and was dealing with a problem trolley load. When I was served I was asked my name which I gave after showing my order confirmation number, the lady then went into the back room to collect my order, then brought out the item showing my a receipt with a name and contact details that was not mine, asking if that was me, I said no repeating my name to which she said “oh well” and gave me the item, which luckily was the item I had ordered.
