Great shopping experience from Eastbourne
Bought some products from the Homebase store in Eastbourne and the manager, I believe her name was Sam, was super efficient and couldn’t do enough.

I went to purchase a bath panel and as I was looking through them an old bald man came up to me in an aggressive manner and said we're the ones I was looking at opened,I said yes and walked away.
Today I went in to buy a light fitting. At the till the price came up wrong and the woman at the checkout made me feel quite awkward. Not going there again

Good quality cordless lawn mower for a medium garden.A brilliant price over Easter plus an extra 10% off if you agree to get e_mails from Homebase
The only problem is when you get to Homebase the prices are so good you tend to buy more than you expect to buy.

The product was damaged
The product was damaged. The side of the base of the box was cracked with holes where the shattered plastic had broken off. My parents who had requested the box have decided to try and tape it up rather than ask me to go to the trouble of returning it. The packaging was inadequate and the product flimsy compared with other similar storage boxes. Disappointing.
