Alan helped me with some edging, he really went out of his way. Honestly it was the best customer service I ever had, I’ll never forget it! I have been back because of this to buy fitted wardrobes, bookshelves and anything else I need. I will be going to Homebase over B&Q.

Amazing customer service!
After exploring the shop with my son who marvelled at all the huge lawnmowers and pretty plants, we sadly lost his baby brother’s special panda.
We only noticed when we got out of the car at a different shop. One phone call to Ciaran and the brilliant staff found our lost panda! One very happy baby on the way home. Thank you again to the kind staff at Homebase Galwally.

We recently purchased a kitchen from Homebase in Galwally, Belfast. Klara, our designer was superb from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother for her, no matter how many times I changed my mind! She is extremely pleasant, professional, patient and an huge asset to Homebase. We chose a kitchen with pre-assembled units, solid wood hand painted doors and are delighted with our purchase. Everything from the planning, delivery of units by the local firm who made them, the measuring and fitting service by the local stone company who supplied the worktops and the installation by a local kitchen fitter has been nothing short of excellent. I really couldn’t recommend Klara and the team of professionals she uses highly enough. We also thought they offered great value for money. If you are looking for a kitchen, please have a chat with Klara. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately l forgot my kitchen plan/measurements but unfazed relying on my lay person descriptions she patiently, professionally & politely provided a design very close to my original plan. I ordered a christmas tree and lights through Click and Collect. I was able to collect them in about an hour after ordering them. The process was painless and very efficient with straight forward processes and good service at the collection point.
