Excellent customer care.
The store is tidy, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
You have some great staff and its such a pleasure to be recognised and served by Margaret. Lovely to see a familiar face in store and Margaret's customer care is excellent.
I do hope you look after your staff as well as they look after your customers.

Exchanged a light tube (I bought the wrong size). No problem, Beccy was very helpful and polite. Decided to buy a palm sander and queried battery compatibility with my Powerbase strimmer. Paul was able to answer all my questions and obtain one for me. A pleasant experience, Thank You.

Very good service
I visited the store yesterday and brought a trolley full of discounted plants. An employee, Margaret was very helpful and chatty. She asked if I needed help to my car with them, definitely going the extra mile. It was a very good service.

Top notch customer service
I visited Homebase in Haverfordwest on Thursday 30th August for a couple of things I had forgotten for a project I am working on.
A wonderful woman called Anna assisted me.
She could not have been nicer or more helpful.
I wish all people I come across were as cheerful and co operative as she was.
Thank you Anna for restoring my faith in human nature!

Homebase is always good to visit with…Everything you need under one roof
Homebase is always good to visit with plenty to see for your home or garden.
The shop is always clean and staff are always helpful if you ask them for guidance and a relaxed atmosphere to browse at your own leisure.
I found everything I needed and more so I was one happy customer.
