Great store!
Staff were friendly and welcoming on my arrival at store entrance. I had to return an item to the store and was served by Linda who pointed out some bargain reduced items by the till once she had processed my return. Very helpful store, thank you!

Great customer service
Having been to another well known DIY store where the cashier was on the phone, made no eye contact and only spoke to tell me the amount. Being greeted today in Homebase with a friendly smile and hello at the till by Linda was a refreshing change. She then pointed out my item was on a 3 for 2 saving me money in the future and had a friendly chat while serving me.
Customer service seems to be lacking just about everywhere now and for some people who live alone the person at the till might be the only company they have that day.
Everyone should be more Linda 👏🏻
