Linda greeted me warmly as she always does when I come in. I have to drive past b and q but still use Homebase purely because of the friendly staff, and Linda is without doubt a gold standard employee, she even greeted my dog!

I quickly found the items I wanted, and the cashier (Linda) was very friendly and helpful. When I returned the next day to exchange some items (I bought the wrong items), Linda was again very helpful and made the process very easy. All in all a good experience.

I went into your Herne Bay branch I was greeted by a friendly face a lovely lady called Linda she wished me a good morning and had a big smile on her face.
I went round to the paint section and I had a picture of the paint I had in mind but I couldn't find it when I got to the till I showed Linda the picture I had on my phone and she used her head set to get the exact one brought to the till. I realised I had got the wrong texture paint she explained that she thought the one I had chosen didn't come in silk she checked her computer system and she was correct she pointed me in the direction of the paints and explained they had one similar and it was buy one get one free which really helped with saving some money.
She asked if I needed anything etc such as brushes, I didn't but it was so nice to be asked as I usually forget something when I am rushing.
Linda's overall customer service was great, nothing was to much bother and she was kind and approachable which was very much needed when your not all up to date on DIY products and decorating.
If anyone needed any help with anything I would recommend Linda. She was knowledgeable and happy to help she really is a asset to your company.
