A lot of the time I do a click and collect or stock check online only to be told that stock is not all available. This has happened quite a few times over the last couple of years and is frustrating as it’s wasted my time and should know by now to look at another retailer! Staff searching high and low for stock which is not actually there

Straight forward click and collect experience. Ready within the hour.

Very efficient except for wait at customer collections as lady in front organising a carpet cleaner hire so it would have been quicker if I could have taken brooms to till off shop floor. Only one person serving and had to do all driving licence etc!!

Placed a click and collect order but one of the 3 items I ordered was no longer in stock and was told I would get a refund in up to 10 days

Homebase High Wycombe - great service.
I had ordered cube storage and boxes, the store phoned to let me know they wouldn’t be compatible and what to do.
On collection, they sorted the order with no bother. Staff very friendly and polite both in store and at the till, despite undergoing a massive restock / shop fit change.
Items seem nice and in good condition.

A member of staff called Luke at Loudwater High Wycombe was extremely helpful and friendly.

A simple collect order of a bag of charcoal. The site said they had 5 in High Wycombe. Order was simple enough, provided details and paid. Was promised an SMS in <= 1 hour. After 1 hour 10 minutes, called the store. They were very busy and short of staff. Their system said they had 3 and the person who answered would get one and call me back. Nothing after another hour, so since we wanted other things, we drove there. The bag was waiting for us! Why no SMS? "I" must have got the number wrong, the system is infallible (shades of Horizon). Checked the order, it was correct. Noticed that they had four bags left in the store. Basically, no apology, must have been my fault. Computer says "No".

Update:
I received a very rapid response from Homebase with an apology, the offer of a gift voucher and a promise to investigate what went wrong. I imagine that the High Wycombe branch will be much improved in future.

Item was I stock and available to collect in an hour. As it was past closing time, I collected the next day. No issues at customer service when collecting and only took me less than 2 mins to get my paint.

Unfortunately the staff on counter weren't friendly, didn't even say hello, very abrupt responses and didn't look happy to be there sadly!

The order was ready and waiting so no delay in collection, otherwise happy with how quickly it was ready.

Seamless process of ordering and collection

I used click and collect and the order was quickly ready. Collections was next to entrance with very friendly service. The shop looks good and worth another visit.

Easy ordering and pick up. Had a click and collect and a delivery to store the next day, both worked for the one collection. Strimmers were a good price in the 15% off

The staff were helpful and courteous, we had a pleasant chat while waiting for the second light to come , the person who prepared the order did not see we havr ordered 2 lights , but the issue was solved quickly 😀

Quick and easy

Good prompt service via their click and collect (deliver to store) and an offer of help carrying.

Although the amount of different stock lines has reduced in recent times,what i needed wasn't available ,i still managed to come away happy.With the help and advice from the knowledgeable Luke ,i managed to overcome the problem,saving me inconvienience.Then,with the usual repartee with the effervescent Richard on the tills,it was a successful outing.Many thanks.
