goods were damaged when examined them…
goods were damaged when examined them when got home . now have to travel 6 miles to return.
Of course it would have been best if the staff had checked to make sure the products Homebase were selling were in fact fit for purpose. I stupidly had assumed that staff had checked .... silly me!

Hi I ordered 2 packets of tiles
Hi I ordered 2 packets of tiles. When i opened one packet the corners on 4 of the tiles were chipped and on the other packet, there was a cracked down the middle of 2 of the tiles. I have photos if you need to see them. this has left me short for tiling my bathroom
