Thay was no scerws to put the legs on no handles and the staff was ignorant

Met with Jacquie in the plant department, she was very helpful when asked her a couple of questions. Also willing to walk me to part of the store to show me what I was after. Not been in homebase for a long time, very impressed BUT could have done with more till open.

I gave a 3 star due to half my order cancelled as we had just set off to collect, however homebase hessle staff member lovely friendly

Had difficulty in locating price of a garden plant when Jacquie offered to help. Went out of her way to locate the info, assisted with check out and chatted knowledgeably about the plant and how to care for it etc.Exceptional service on a very hot day. Much appreciated.

Easy to order good communication when ready easy to collect

Bought 4 plants and while taking them to the car the barrow bounced up and 2 plants toppled off, coming out of the pots. We saw Jacquie in the garden centre and she happily let us pick 2 replacements. We realised that it was Jacquie who had helped us choose the right plants in the first place. So thank you and well done Jacquie, you're a star ⭐

Jacquie at the Hull/Hessle Branch (gardening dept) could not have been more helpful, efficient and, well, nice! She tracked down the pavers I was after and helped me load them. Said pavers are good quality and great value. I highly recommend this store.

We arrived to purchase a parasol in natural colour but I really wanted grey , on arriving at the store I saw you had a grey so the assistant changed it for me. When we goy home (22miles ) the parasol has a fault it’s a line of about 4 cm to which daylight can be seen through it ,
