We arrived to purchase a parasol in natural colour but I really wanted grey , on arriving at the store I saw you had a grey so the assistant changed it for me. When we goy home (22miles ) the parasol has a fault it’s a line of about 4 cm to which daylight can be seen through it ,

Yvonne talked us through in store promotions and also garden furniture options. Including durability , price difference and storage recommendations.
Both ladies were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.
We will now be booking in for a bathroom quotation.

Why when I order anything that you offer at four for the price of thee do you not give the costumer four bags automatically. I ordered three bags and was told by a member of your staff that I should have ordered. Four

Very helpful member of staff in Hull Homebase today (Nicky). Went above and beyond with helping us with our purchase today.

I returned a powerbase battery that was faulty. Service was excellent. Unfortunately neither the large or small battery was in stock. Item is unavailable for home delivery which means another 30 mile round trip to my nearest homebase branch.

We asked assistance from Jacquie, she was very friendly and knowledgeable on all areas of gardening/plants and extremely helpful. Thank you

The lady on the desk was very pleasant and very efficient. She said she had worked there before and had now come back but was currently only on a temporary contract. From my experience I would have thought she was well worth a full time contract if that was what she was after
