The guy collecting the order was really disgruntled to go collect the item. He needs to improve customer service skills.

Easy to order and goods ready for collection within hour. Quick to collect.

Member of staff who served me was polite and professional. I had issues getting my id and she was very patient. Top class

No problems, arrived at the store, showed my ID and collection details, the assistant messaged someone to bring my order and within a few minutes my items arrived.

Homebase Hessle

We went to Hull Homebase today to purchase an Outback BBQ and I must say the staff were absolutely fantastic. We had interactions with several staff members who assisted us with every element of our purchase: they knew the products, checked availability, offered sensible suggestions, looked something up for us regarding the BBQ we wanted and even opened another till so we didn’t have to wait very long and then they transported it to our car. Everyone: Joe, Mitre, Alex, Yvonne, Brogan and Anne were a credit to the company. Helpful, friendly, funny and thoughtful. Thank you, everyone for such an easy experience. Bravo.

Jacquie was really polite friendly and helpful when I couldn't find the product that I was looking for.She took me to the product I was looking for and advised me which one would be best suited for the job I was doing.

Happy with the product but didn’t receive the 10% off for my first online purchase

I bought 7 tins of paint on line, all one colour, and my sister said the colour had a pinkish tint to it and I would not like it for the whole of my downstairs!
With extreme trepidation I returned the paint, and I was lucky enough to get the service of Maria.
She said she was happy to refund my money, and did not make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable in any way. She was so helpful, reassuring and charming.
I collected a new Farrow and Ball colour chart and I will be buying some more paint soon.
