Order was short and told to get another one off the shelf myself

Very efficient service. Item ordered online and available to collect within ten minutes. The friendly member of staff was very helpful in advising whether an adapter was needed and didn’t try to upsell something that turned out not to be necessary.

I am a reluctant and inexperienced DIY person but Sheila made sure I bought the right items for my job and gave me very helpful advice on the task itself. My shopping experience turned from frustration and dread into a confidence boosting pleasure. Thank you Sheila

I easily found what I needed, saw there was an offer on, bought and paid while they were in stock and collected the next day. Pretty much seamless.

We went to Homebase for a kitchen appointment with the lovely Daijah.
She was very helpful! She talked through everything and even ideas/units we hadn’t thought of. She wasn’t pushy and made us feel very welcome! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a kitchen designer.

Very friendly and helpful a gentleman on the door advised where to find a toolbox we were looking for and in the sale which was great

Friendly service however the item we collected was dirty and had cobwebs all over it

The item I wanted was available at my local store, it was ready to collect the next morning, there were plenty of parking spaces, there was only a short queue at the collection point, and the person working at the collection point was welcoming, happy, professional and quick 😀 👍

Third order where service has been below the expected standard and where goods ordered either aren't available, despite your ordering system advising to the contrary (this order) or where items haven't even been collected from the shop floor (previous order). As far as online ordering for click & collect, it's a shameful attempt at the concept.

Went to the leamington spa store today for some fence paint and brushes not sure what ones were best. So I asked a member of staff and he took me through the range and best types of paint and brushes to use he very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. I asked at the till what the gentlemans name was and they said it was Paul a new staff member. So thank you again Paul and well done homebase a very satisfied customer.

The staff were very efficient and the customer care was excellent. The young lad carried the gazebo to our car and helped us load it in, very polite.

Bought a few plants and other items and deliberately picked up a basket instead of a trolley. On the way out I wasn’t allowed to take the basket out with me to the car even though a) I said I would bring it back, b) I had taken 2 baskets to the car only 2 weeks ago. I was told management are being funny and won’t allow it. It’s a bit ridiculous. Luckily I had bought a plant tray that I could stack my things in else I wouldn’t have been able to carry things in my hands alone.

Great help in the store, ordered online and delivery next day. Great product - great experience
