Alright!
Smooth sailing up until collection (confirmation of order, text to say collection was ready). When I got there the wrong size frames had been set aside, after noticing, it took about 10-15 minutes before the right size frames were then brought back. No particular bad experience just seemed to make reserving my frames in advance a tad redundant, I felt lucky that the frames I had ordered were still in stock..! Love my frames though now!

Quick, efficient service. Goods as ordered. Price ok.
Minor moan: couldn't get the click and collect label off the box without marking the box. Item was a gift (outside light fitting).

VERY RUDE MANAGER
I brought a display Christmas tree from your Leicester store and the staff had not put the wire with it that changes the light settings. All I asked was had they got the wire but the young man on the phone didn't understand so I went into the store I asked for a manager who when she came was very rude and abrupt in front of other customers. Wouldn't go look or come with me to look just kept repeating bring it back and we will refund. It might have been as simple as the wire was left on the display but refused to look.

Bought online as not in stock berry multi coloured outdoor lights.Should have ordered white berry lights ,went back to homebase as these were instock so changed without any hassle.

Did a click and collect order with Homebase Leicester and within minutes was notified that it was ready to collect. On collection staff were polite and quick to fetch my items, no waiting around whatsoever. Very happy with my purchase, good quality at a great price. All in all a great service much appreciated.
