Great price, not overly flush with staff but when they came all was good. Easy to order and reserve online. Item is good quality and will work for us for a few years.
I visited the Homebase store in Leighton Buzzard today and was quite disappointed. Many items lacked correct pricing labels, and some displayed prices appeared outdated. Towards the end of the store, I noticed pillows scattered across the floor.
Despite the store not being busy, with only a few customers present, I observed three staff members standing around without attending to the disarray. When I raised concerns, the store manager attributed the mess to customers not returning items to their places. However, this seemed more like an excuse than a valid explanation.
Given the store’s low ratings online, I’m not surprised by the lack of attention to detail and customer service. It’s unfortunate that the area manager doesn’t seem to be addressing these ongoing issues.
Kevin was the rudest shop assistant I have ever met, in fact he is a sexist person treating all the women like they were beneath him from customers, delivery lady and female colleague, I was shocked to witness such bad behaviour to myself and other woman, even another male customer told him to learn some manners an utter disgrace to Homebase.

Easy to order + pay for. Confirmation of order received + confirmation of pick up received. Everything ready for me to collect. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because the box was all broken which made it more difficult to carry.
Collect with no problems, lady servicing me was very polite and friendly
My order was dealt with quickly and the item delivered very quickly and I had no problems at all. The item I ordered was fine and is now in use!!
I ordered paint online for click and collect. I received an email within an hour to confirm the paint was ready to collect. I collected shortly after. The customer service desk was manned and I did not have to wait to collect. The whole process was very easy and will definitely use again. Thank you.

The service was excellent I requested a further article to add to my collection order and there were none on the shop floor so the assistant went and retrieved one from the stock room
Had it ordered and payed for had a message to say it’s ready but unfortunately got a call half way there to be told it’s out of stock and I’ll get my money back in 3 to 4 working days great so let down

I would like to give a special thank you review today to Magui who has been very kind and responsive to multiple questions for a decorative job I have in hand.
Although she was quite busy organising product labels, she was patient and kind enough to take the time to find exactly what I needed to finish my job today.
Walked into the store. Looked at the product on display. Picked up the box, walked to the till and paid.
Diane was friendly and explained the warranty on the receipt. Paid and left the store in 6-10 minutes.
Got home and put together the product in 30 minutes, now waiting for the batteries to fully charge.

The staff were very pleasant, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The store was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
