Jamie is very proficient, helpful with great customer care!
Jamie was already finishing helping with 2 happy ladies when I asked if he could help me with an item to take back that was not what was needed. He stayed with me to pick up 2 discounted items of furniture & pack them into my small car giving me directions for quick access. This store is the best for everything you might need for a home & great staff. Thank you very much Jamie a very proficient manager!

Kevin went above and beyond to help us!
Kevin was absolutely amazing! We desperately wanted a corner sofa for our garden and the only stock left was a display sofa. Kevin reserved it for us and when we came to collect it helped us take all the parts to the car, despite the fact that this is meant to be done by the customer. He has made our day and we are so pleased with his service, 5 star!

I ordered 2 blue chairs only 1 at store
I ordered 2 blue chairs. At the store in Leighton Buzzard the Homebase employee said they had only one left as the others had been sold that morning.
I had to drive to another store 29 miles further to get the second chair. A great deal of time and expense for me.
