Homebase - Londonderry Reviews 

We were looking for advice on buying a Homebase kitchen from our local store in Derry N Ireland and had excellent help from Kirsty. She has exceptional knowledge of the products and was so capable when it came to changing sizes of units within the kitchen plan. I can’t say enough about this girls customer service satisfaction and willingness to help. Thanks Kirsty

Would like to review a particular amazing person kirsty mcgirr in homebase in Derry we ordered a kitchen from her from 1st contacting homebase and speaking to kirsty she was amazing her advice was on point she talked through everything with us she was so pleasant and didn't rush is unlike other places we had been to about a kitchen she explained everything and told us to call or email anytime and she would answer anything we needed to know she gave us a brilliant deal and didn't try to talk us into anything to expensive I couldn't fault anything about her customer service and would reccomend if your thinking about a kitchen kirsty is the one to go to great at her job knows what she's doing a real assett to homebase and a genuinely lovely girl great communication warm friendly and will go back to her when I decide to upgrade my bathroom thanks for everything kirsty

Very quick and easy service to use. Pick up was quick from the store

The ease of ordering, being informed when ready for collection and getting the item brought out on a trolley to enable it to be taken to vehicle for transportation.

Friendly staff members. Nothing was any bother.

Visit this store regularly and always under-staffed. Tills rarely open- always have to go to customer services.
And if you were looking for guidance, God help you.

Email said all my items were in store but when I collected them one was not there

My oder was click and collect. The boxed item was larger than I expected but the store assistant took my order to my car and helped to place it in my vehicle.

I worked with Stephanie at the BT47 store. She went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable, extremely well informed, super helpful and went over and above what you would expect. She is 1000% the best support you would need when choosing a kitchen. She was very efficient in planning the kitchen and yet we didn't feel rushed. She gave us lots of alternatives and was amazing help and had great advice regarding different options.

Order was ready for collection on arrival at the store.

Order was ready when I arrived , 25 min after opening time for collection , staff were friendly and carried my unit to car while I continued shopping
