Ordered my items on 1 January and received notification within an hour that they were ready for collection.
When I went to the store the assistant knew straightaway what my order was and where it had been set aside for me to collect. A very smooth and seamless transaction. 5 ⭐️

It wasn’t buy 1 get 1 free
I ordered 3 sets of battery operated lights and needed AA batteries. I saw the offer for 12 batteries, buy 1 get 1 free for £12.50. I would never pay £12.50 for 12 batteries but thought the pack free was a very good offer. When I was adding the free pack of batteries it was showing another £12.50 for those so I just added 1 pack assuming the additional free pack would be sent anyway. They weren’t! So disappointed as I had to go elsewhere to buy more batteries. This is my first time to shop online with Homebase and doubt very much if I will again!!
