I’m absolutely delighted with the service today from John at your Market Harborough store. Super helpful, genuinely interested and really customer focussed. Retail is a hard gig but this young man seems to enjoy his job & be thriving. Totally exceeded expectations. I feel valued as a customer. Thanks for such a great experience.

When buying a patio set Sean was extremely helpful. I brought the set but had a problem with one of my items . I rang the store and spoke to Mandy who went above and beyond to sort out the problem on a busy Saturday.

Great Experience
Today I went into Homebase (Market Harborough) to find a specific type of bulb for a chandelier. There was so many different types and the shapes of the bulbs had changed quite a lot since I had last bought one. I eventually gave up trying to find the one I needed and asked one of the staff members for some help. A man by the name of Jamie came to the rescue and he quickly and efficiently explained the different types of bulbs and which one I needed. I was over whelmed with his knowledge of the product, and how enthusiastic and friendly he was. Jamie is a great asset to Homebase and I have no doubt he will prevail in life.

Better late than never !!
Firstly the experience wasn't great it took 3 wks to get my order the duty manager at the store didn't know I could have items sent from another store if it wasn't for a member of the customer service team on the till I may not have got the order. Having said that the items I received are just what we wanted so better late than never.
