Ordering no problem, easily done. I picked up my order 2 days later, with no delay, didn't take 5 mins, excellent.

My Autistic son ordered a kitchen. I rang and arranged delivery with them for today. I asked them to call my number in case he was at work. They called him and because he was at work and didn’t answer the phone, they decided not to even knock on the door. My husband and older son were in. Absolutely diabolical. I think that they feel they can do what they like because of his condition. Well I will not stand for it.
I contacted Homebase head office and spent ages on the phone. I didn’t feel hopeful when I put the phone down. However, I called the store I ordered the kitchen from and Nick the store manager was great. The kitchen is being delivered tomorrow hopefully.
Nick listened to my issues and got back to me with a resolution quickly and has said to call if I have any concerns or issues.

I was able to order online because there were few items left in stock and picked up some loft flooring at the same time.

Items ordered online were ready to collect within the hour and packed onto a trolley

We went to the Morecambe store to purchase a log store, it wasn’t kept on the shop floor so they asked a member of staff called Steve to get it from the stock room not only did he get it, he brought it through the tills with us, pushed it out to the car and offered to assist us with loading it. Excellent service.

Very easy process. Never done it before so wasn’t quite sure how it worked. Staff very efficient and friendly. My order was waiting for me. No problems. I will do this more in future. There were only 4 tins of the paint left according to website so I wanted to make sure I got it.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The box was slightly damaged and they checked the furniture for damage before I took it. Helped me with my search for storage inserts and went online to help find what I wanted. Happily brought my purchase out to the car(None in stock.) I already shop at Homebase quite often, but a new customer would, I'm sure, be impressed enough with the service to come again. Thank you!
