we were served by a fabulous girl called Ruby, she was really sweet and engaging with my 4 year old and really friendly. it seems to be quite rare these days to find friendly retail staff and everyone I spoke to today were all friendly and smiley

The whole store team were really helpful and friendly.

Travelled a 20 mile round trip to be shown 6 trellis panels that were all damaged. Pretty poor show to not even have the courtesy to make contact and update that the ‘click and collect’ items were substandard.

It's location is Kingsteignton.
So I am talking about Kingsteignton store. ten /ten

Great products at a competitive price. Friendly service, asked if I needed help to car , which I did as heavy .

I placed my order in the late afternoon/evening
It was ready within the hour but I picked it up soon after store opening time the following day. The member of staff on the checkout was friendly and helpful, asking if I needed assistance loading the items into my car. I declined but it's very nice to be asked. Paving slabs and Postcrete were as expected.

Alex was so helpful and awesome and really helped us to get the best paint and the best deals. He really made our room 10x better.
Exceptional service at the Newton Abbot store.

We went into our local Homebase in Newton Abbot to get some advice on an order we had placed. We were greeted with a friendly smile from Aidan who asked how he could help and, after listening to our query, took some advice from his manager. Aidan then dealt with the issue promptly. All the while smiling and chatting cheerfully to us.
I have to say, the best customer service we’ve received in a long time. Well done Aidan and all the team at Newton Abbot from two happy customers who will definitely be returning to your store. Thank you 😊

We were just browsing around the kitchen department, saw one we liked so asked Malcolm a question. He was very helpful without being pushy and very knowledgable about the products he's selling. Within a week he'd been round and measured our kitchen, tailored a design specific to us and we bought it!
