Not many companies would bother to call to arrange a click and collect but homebase go that extra mile.Good old customer service which I believed to be extinct

Excellent service of kitchen planning provided by Malcolm, both in store and home visit.

Our order was waiting for us to collect. So it was easy and quick.

Recently brought a bathroom from malcolm at homebase Newton abbot. He was very patient and knowledge as he helped us with the design. We were in luck on the day of visit as there was a big store sale on. We was able to purchase a new wardrobe for our daughter to, she had good fun designing it with him. Thank you for brilliant service

From my first visit to homebase Kingsteignton kitchen department I was treated as a special customer. Malcom was helpful with the customer's needs to come first .His home visit was on time and very professional ,short and to the point ,even suggested additional units which I went for .The time to buy no pressure and he understood my need to bring along my daughter for aggrement. Even down to again explaining what I had chose for Sally's benefit. We both must thank Malcom for his help and professional approach. Kitchen brought .waiting delivery now .

On line order. Easy collect.

Easy to order. Helpful, friendly staff at branch - they asked another staff member to take the box to the car for me, not realising I had my husband with me.

I had spoken to a member of staff named Tina about what I needed and she gave fantastic advice and support.

I will defiantly be back and hope she can help again.

I dealt with Malcolm from walking into the store on a Sunday looking for plants, I arranged a meeting at my property with regards to a potential new kitchen. The price is was fantastic with lots of alterations and and additions, Malcolm made the process extremely smooth. Would highly recommend I now have a dream unique kitchen in a grade 2 listed barn. So happy.

Really welcoming team when I entered the shop. I browsed the Bbq section and was approached by a young lady I think her name was Amy. She was amazing, gave me great advice, told me about her bbq at home and advised how big I needed to go. Really friendly, told me about the lightweight bottle of gas which was greatly appreciated. Was served by Louise at the till who was lovely and organised a bottle of gas to come out. Then a young man helped me to the car. Brilliant service amd experience all round..

We visited Homebase in Newton Abbot to look at outdoor seating, and we were served by a very helpful lady. We were actually ordering the goods online from home but needed to see them first.

Paul who works at the store went above and beyond to help us with our purchases . Also Helen at the checkout was very friendly . We had an order to get to do with work as well as my own . Ty to both.

Had to deal with 5 members of staff throughout my visit and everyone of them were friendly and polite. Absolutely loved the customer service at Newton Abbot.

Quick Click & Collect order, all completed & picked up within about 20mins. Helpful staff too.

I was informed that my item on click and collect was to be paid for when arriving at the store to collect it, although I had already paid for it online
Also a sticker on the item saying ‘Pay and collect’
The item was paid for in full and I had the receipt. This caused me embarrassment and confusion when I tried to collect from Newton Abbot Homebase

Newton Abbot Homebase - Great customer service. Alex took the time to show us around and give us help and advice on what we were looking for. Also, while in store, I noticed how the manager was a hands on motivator for staff! 20% off plants this weekend too!
