Great service from Ruth on the till presented me with the items I had ordered at directed me to where additional items I needed were located. Friendly, fast and efficient.

Amazing customer service, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Ali went out of her way and above and beyond to help me with finding the right colour paint. I would give 6 stars if I could, give this lady a raise :)

ordered for click and collect both times my order did not arrive. going to probably get another refund

Order never arrived in store for collection for me to be able to review how good it is. Order was requested a second time for me by Customer Services but again nothing arrived so still no items. Customer Services responded really promptly via email and tried to help but seems the online ordering/notification/collection process doesn’t always work. Store staff were helpful, but unable to resolve. I’ve been refunded, which they did as soon as I asked and was an easy process. I’m unable to review this product I keep getting emails to ask me to review, but I’m sure it’s lovely, it looks nice on the website.

Very helpful staff at Click and Collect. I left a couple of items on the counter and the person who served came out to find me in the var park.

I just had to pop to my local Homebase (Hall Rd, Norwich) in order my tradesman could finish the job.
Time was of the essence so straight away I asked for assistance.
Steven (the duty manager) was on it and moments later I was meet by one of his staff, Nigel.
Nigel was really polite, professional and helpful and within seconds I had what I required and on my way.
Great example of customer service!

I needed a new Kitchen so I went to my local store and met with Liam. He was helpful, friendly and changed my understanding of what was possible in my space. I have had less pleasant experiences in other stores with this in the past so was a little skeptical at first.
I was impressed that no pressure was applied and I would recommend to anyone unsure about looking into new Kitchen to give them a visit.

After placing my order and waiting a few hours no message received to say order was ready for collection. Logged into my account, this did say ready to collect.
Collected my order over 6 hours after placing i get the message its ready, 4 minutes later I get another message to thanks for collecting.

Changed to 4 star, as I did get good service in store, polite and helpful 😀

I’ve used the kitchen design team (Liam and Tempany) about four times over the past 3 years to update my kitchen and utility spaces. They are both patient and highly competent in their roles. They make kitchen design painless and efficient. I’d highly recommend them.
