Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

Prakesh was great at helping us find tge right chimenea.
Having ordered an item online for click and collect, the team at Homebase in Arnold could not have been more helpful. It turned out that it was a ex-display item and slightly damaged. They called me to let me know and gave me the option to have a look and then worked with me on the price. It ended up being quite a bargain and the manager even carried it to my car. Very fair and very helpful.
I went in to the store at Arnold, Nottingham today (13th July 2024) at around 3pm.
I was purchasing laminate flooring and trying to get it off the shelf when a male assistant (shame I didn't get his name) approached me and asked if I needed help. I said I needed 10 packs of flooring. He went to get the correct trolley and loaded them all on for me. He then came with me to the checkouts and also loaded my car for me.
The service I received was excellent and would like to say thank you for the outstanding customer service.
Prakash gave me exclusive customer service
Prakesh and nicola were excellent help getting a paint mix. Would come again
Ordered two items in the sale late at night and got a text first thing the next morning to say they were ready for collection
Prakash excellent service always going out his way . Went to do shops but with Prakash's service I’ll be back again
Alicia & Will were amazingly helpful, team work at its best! Great customer service.
