The full product were not in store and the items were not ready after 1 hour as the website suggested the product boxes have damaged as if the staff have no care in displaying the boxes. Staff in store just look at you and do not ask if you are waiting or need help

Staff are all extremely helpful on a regular basis especially when you need help they even offer to help load your car as well if you have a heavy load. Sometimes it is difficult to find what you want if it’s not run of the mill or I would have given 5 stars.

Kitchen cabinetry
Having had a difficult experience in trying to rectify parts of my Homebase kitchen cabinets (water leak) I came across Jane, Penge Homebase Designer.
Attentive with exceptional customer service throughout my journey coordinated with a forward thinker carpenter Simon who salvaged my kitchen and flooring.
The Homebase lead was invaluable,others previously had failed
