Great service
I shopped for some garden bits and as I was being served I asked about a garden furniture set. I was served by Aidan and was more than happy to help, carried the items back to me from the back and even offered to carry them out. I have been served by Aidan before and as a manager in the Building sector, I know that great customer service is important and goes a long way. Every time, Aidan is genuine, always has a smile and offers to help in any way possible. Great work Aidan! Promote that man.

Thank you for keeping our order
We were concerned as we were a day late visiting the store to collect the order. The assistant was really helpful, checking our order and finding it.
The small shelving unit was relatively easy to assemble (it just needed drilling to enlarge the screw holes on the frame) and it fits perfectly in the space. Nice to have the additional storage.
