Be warned rip off keep well away

Ordered shelves £180.00 worth only received part order three parcels on order only received 2 4 shelves missing no phone contact at Homebase customer service Email only what a waste of time no one will help just keep going around and around getting nothing sorted.

Keep well away from Homebase & wilco the same company big rip off will never use again

Helpful staff…

Collected a light fitting but had forgotten my order details, then needed help getting a bulb but nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Ordered 3 tins of paint under the 3 for…

Ordered 3 tins of paint under the 3 for 2 offer. I ordered 2 x 2.5l pink and 1 x 5l green. When I got to collect I received 3 x 2.5l paints. Had to have full refund and lost out on the 3 for 2 offer.
