So quick & easy to navigate the website. Ordering is simple and pain free for a 60 year old who is not IT literate and the staff are so helpful - 10 out of 10

The item I ordered was not available when I went to collect so it was substituted with another product but it was the wrong colour had to mess about buying another product and still waiting for the original order to be refunded

Friendly staff. Easy to order on line and click and collect. Web site easy to navigate. Good prices. The lights look beautiful on the fence bordering on my garden.

Easy to order and collect online, the items were ready waiting for me at the tills when I got there. Lovely staff who served us.

The men were very helpful especially Jakob who put the box in the car for us.

I ordered on an hours click and collect. It wasn’t ready in this time.

Easy quick and curtious

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient....our click and collect order was collected by ourselves from the shop floor as we had ordered using the Easyfundraising app to raise a bit of money for the Hollingwood Bowling Club...this wasn't a problem for us or the Homebase staff. 10 out of 10 !

My order was ready in no time at all. And all correctly waiting for me when I arrived at the store.

Greeted by the most disinterested staff member who asked what I wanted without looking up. Could have been more like a stroppy teenager if she had been wrapping her chewing gum around her finger.I gave the last 3 digits of my order code and she slid my lawnmower to the gap in the counter with her feet whilst asking another staff member if she could pick her brains. I would normally expect to be asked if I needed any help when collecting a bulky item but the box was kicked to the end of the counter, she said “it’s here @ and gestured towards my purchase. The two staff members then walked away. I struggled to pick the box up and only managed to walk a few feet to the tills before it started to slip from my hands. The box was shiny and I couldn’t find any hand holds. It was too big to get my arms around it or underneath. I looked around but couldn’t see any other staff members to ask for assistance. I struggle out to my car , having to rest the box on the till counter, a bollard on the way. Luckily I had been able to park close by.
On a positive note I was only in store for a few minutes and did not need to queue

Samantha (employee at Crystal Peaks Sheffield) was an absolute angel when I was exchanging an item I had picked up only an hour previous. Like a fool, I had told her I didn't need a receipt on my original purchase only to arrive home and realise I had bought the wrong item. On my return I asked to swap the item and she didn't hesitate and was an absolute delight. I hope me sending this review helps her with an employee initiative or just gives her the pat on the back she deserves.

Ordered wallpaper lovely assistant at click and collect checked each batch number before handing it to me then told me I could return unused full rolls within 4 weeks , great service unlike somewhere else when I tried to return a roll 15 days after purchase and was told too late you get 14 days only

Quick and easy click and collect. Just a shame I have to travel so far.

Quick and easy to order, staff very friendly and helpful on collection.

Went to collect my order and although there were 2 people on the counter I was ignored,one was on a PC the other was serving.
Not one of them acknowledged me or the lady behind me also waiting to pick an order up.
