Homebase - Sleaford Reviews 

Excellent customer service from Stephen on 22 June who saw me pondering lawnmowers. He helped me choose one for my daughter, followed by choosing an outdoor clothes drier. Stephen then assisted me through checkout to the car. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous as ever 👍 Thank you!
A mention too for Lisa and Sarah on checkout on 24th June who guessed what I was wanting when I forgot the word and took me straight to it. I guess my hand signals were spot on!

Staff friendly and polite. Emma served me and thanked me for waiting. I had only waited about 5 mins as the customer in front had a problem with not being able to find the bar code.

Kitchen design, excellent help by Chris in coming up with a design which reflected our requirements. He has been extremely helpful in answering questions and working out the best combination of units and appliances. All now in place and it looks great. Quality of units and work surface is good. Would definitely recommend Homebase Sleaford for a kitchen.

Homebase is rather expensive compared to other shops in Sleaford. However lovely bedding plants were good value. Store has been looking rather empty over winter with notices about new stock arriving and it looked like it was closing down. Looking a bit better now but prices are unreasonable in some departments.

Whilst visiting the store I was given a warm greeting from a staff member Carol Mills … whilst I had a pretty good idea what I was after Carol gave some some really clear insight and guidance into what I actually needed … brilliant! … I ended up getting what I needed for the job thanks to the professional and attentive attitude of your staff member Carol … thank you … a credit to your business 10/10 highly recommend and will certainly return 👍🏻

Homebase Sleaford is an excellent store served by Sue and Bryon went in for a tap adaptor but also found a garden trolley it had two prices on it and sold it to me at the cheaper price Bargain,the assistant's in this store are really helpful nothing is to much trouble, the store is clean and kept in good order, shelves are always tidy thankyou for your help.
