Lewis kept in close touch throughout the design, delivery and fitting process and was always at hand should he be needed for further advice . We couldn't have asked for more.

Staff playing on phone, apparently not able to serve me
Stood around waiting for ages even though a young man was certainly free to serve me instead of the young lady taking her time with a customer enquiring about several things. I asked if he could get my parcel and got told the young lady wouldn’t be long with her customer despite him doing nothing… and when I mean nothing playing on his phone at the till.

The staff at my local store are friendly and helpful. I have used the “click and collect” service a few times and each time it has been an easy experience. The price of this order was competitive.
