Homebase - Telford Reviews 

For a change we visited Homebase on Wellington Retail Park Telford to pick up some plants and garden accessories. I was amazed at the range of plants they had and how healthy looking they were. Lauren served us at the checkout with a smile 😊. Special thanks to the guy who works in the outside area who helped us find exactly what we were looking for 🙂

went in to purchase a can of fence paint. Got to the counter and the assistant told me that there was an offer of " buy 1 get 1 for half price". I was intending to buy another tin in a few weeks but on hearing this offer, well it was too good to pass by. Thank you to Andy (operator 111082) the assistant for saving me some money. You were so very helpful and pleasant. Well done.

We were served by Andy and James who went out of their way to help us. They took the lawnmower to the till for us because it was too heavy for us to carry. They were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Fantastic customer service! As we aren’t great at ordering online, we have to get our sons/daughters to do it for us (and this review), Charlene and Paul sorted this out for us in the Telford store, and arranged the delivery too!

Easy to order but surprised there was no reorder option. The staff were a little slow in bringing my order upto the collection point.

Paul was absolutely brillant. He is a credit to your company. We bought a patio set and he was very informative as we asked alot of questions he then walked us to the till. He then saw 2 elderly ladies struggling with a large box and offered to take it to there car. The lady at the till (I wish I knew her name) Paul will remember I'm sure as we all had a good laugh with Paul. It makes all the difference when there is good customer sevice.

Popped into store in need of a sander for a fathersday gift. I popped to the till and was served by a man called Andy. He was very polite and was super helpful. Thank you for brilliant service

Well built good quality

Andy was super helpful and assisted me with choosing the correct light bulb for my lamp. He also offered advice on buying wallpaper as he saw I had some samples.

Item ready for collection very quickly. Collection was trouble free and the sales assistant was excellent. I would happily recommend Homebase Click and Collect

Got the paint we were looking for in stock & at a special offer price.

Ordering process and pickup with assistance was a breeze.
Upon getting home and to the unpack it became obvious this box had been opened before but that's fine until you realise that you are missing 4 x pins in the sellotaped parts bag. Built anyway but missing a pin in each corner. Item itself is good and sturdy other Two I bought I had no problem with.
