No update of delivery times or date only that it would be delivered by the Monday but didn't specify what day
No text no call only knew when the delivery was dropped on my front grass absolutely shocking.
It was over £300 not alot for company like yourself but definitely alot for me

Excellent service. The person in collect desk was prompt and efficient finding my order and helping me to check it and load away in my bag

Nice and easy. Order was nicely packed up on a trolley when we arrived.

Michelle was really helpful to me and my mum. Mum is elderly and michelle showed her plants she wanted and took lots of time.

I was looking for potting plants not having a clue what to choose. Michelle in the garden area was very friendly and very helpful advising me which ones to choose.

Michelle kindly asked how I was, offered to help, provided advice on flowers, helped me load my trolley, gave me a hand to the counter as my trolley was full. She then offered a hand to my car and helped take my trolley back.

You don’t get this old fashioned true customer service these days. Was extremely grateful and impressed.

I've visited the store today in the hopes of trying to find some Hibiscus to place in my panther chameleons vivarium and I was not disappointed I asked a member of staff in the indoor plant section and he pointed me in the direction of Michelle and she went above and beyond to help lovely selection of Hibiscus and other plants I'll be popping back again tomorrow this time with the mrs..( I'll be broke soon )

What really made a difference in my experience shopping at Homebase Waltham Cross (Location 0035) today was the interaction with Michelle. She went out of her way to help me find the items I needed and advised me patiently and thoroughly on the choice of the best Karcher pressure washer for my intended use and the accessories I might need for it. Thank you to Michelle!

It was only a simple matter to collect paint ordered online. I was kept informed by efficient and speedy process, parking very easy, no problems.

I visited the Waltham Cross Branch to buy a specific house plant. I found the plant, but there were multiple varieties. so needed help. I looked for the closest member of staff; which happened to be a lady named Michelle. Not only was she very friendly and approachable, but extremely knowledgeable about plants. She gave great advice, and I left with a beautiful Sansevieria Laurentii, also known as a snake plant or mother-in-laws tongue - all for the fair price of £10. Thanks Michelle.

An impressed shoutout to Charlie for his dedicated customer service. After initially calling the Waltham Cross store and being told by someone else that an item wasn’t in stock (despite their system saying it was), Charlie took the time to find my mobile number and phone me back to say that he found the item and would hold it for me until I could get there. I was completely blown away by his care and attention. That’s how customer service should be! A real WOW moment! Charlie should be recognised and acknowledged for this great customer service.
