Homebase - Waltham Cross Reviews 

I visited the Waltham Cross branch the other day and Steve was really helpful. I was stuck understanding how to fix the chain back on the Bosch cordless pruner saw. He couldn't have been nicer, another pair of hands was what I needed and not being so worried about turning a part to release the cover. Thank you very much Steve! Appreciate your time and help. I went onto my local store today, Anne provided with all the assistant I needed in sourcing my plants. Looking forward to planting them out. I purchased forever Evergreen plants for my front border. Thanks Anne

Nice newly refurbed store. Bit disappointed that some things I wanted weren’t priced, Curver storage etc.
Outdoor plant section is kept lovely. Really impressed with the look as you approach it.

Homebase in Waltham Cross is the best- the staff all of them are great. My favourite honey is Anne- every year for the last 18 she has been sorting out my garden for me. She is good- give her a raise as I always leave spending minimum £250! Often coming back the day after and spending the same again! Last week she done me with her charms out of £500 plus!!!
On my last trip all staff were lovely as usual but poor Steff- I used him like a butler/donkey- strong boy!!! NEVER close this store down. if you do I am going to start a riot. I think others may join. there- i finally filled out the feedback form after years

I always get served by neta when I visit the store. I find her ever so polite and very helpful. She always makes sure I have everything I need. If only more companies had staff like her.

I have been to the Homebase gardening section several times in the last few weeks and each time Michelle has been very helpful not only with the plants but also with the types of soil and composts to use, well done to Michelle

Bought 7 packs of laminate flooring 10mm click and collect and was given some 12mm in a box of very similar colour so didn't notice until trying to fit them

I found the staff very helpful.

Text and email confirmation that my click and collect had arrived but told they didn’t have it. Eventually order was found but when I got home and opened it up it was severely damaged and I had to return it to store. Thankfully the returns process was easy.

Popped into the store on the weekend, i was struggling to find what i needed so asked a lovely lady called Brianne! She was excellent! She showed me exactly what i needed and also some alternatives. Her knowledge was amazing! she was super friendly, so approachable and went the extra mile to help me! She an asset to the company!!

I am an aspiring gardener and went to Homebase to buy some plants. Michelle in the garden Center was very helpful in advising me what plants to choose and giving me expert advice on the care. She even helped me load everything in the car. Thank you Michelle for your help!
