No other store in sensible driving distance had the product and I could pay for it online, then on receipt of a text, go and collect it in double quick time.

Bought garden storage box
Bought garden storage box, tried to buy in shop girl who served us didn’t have a clue what we were talking to, bought on line and collected at same place. It was broken and had to return. They were quite rude in shop, to get another deliver they wanted an extra £20 so didn’t bother.

Awesome Customer service from Sadie
Sadie in the customer service team went absolutely above and behind to make sure our pre-lit Christmas Tree actually had the lights working as when it was delivered there was no plug!
She made sure we got one!
