Went in to look for an item, but couldn’t find it so I asked a gentleman called Brandon and he was very polite and helped me with everything I needed and even found the item I was looking for he even went on to ask if in needed anything else while he was there and also asked if I had everything I needed which made me think and I almost forgot something else if it wasn’t for him asking, such great customer service from him. I had the best experience at Homebase Wolverhampton with Ritchie and Mitesh, they was ever so helpful and could not of done more. They even went out of there way to open the product in order for it to fit in our car. Very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent customer service skills.

I had a great experience at Wolverhampton Homebase. We were helped by Mitesh, who went above and beyond. When they didn’t have the garden storage container in stock which we wanted, he offered a generous discount on a more expensive version which made it practical and good value for money.

I rarely give full marks for anything but, so far, the service we've had from Farak at homebase kitchens has been exceptional. Helping us choose, checking that what we've asked for will actually work. Do we really need everything, and altered many times so we could see the change. He's listened to what we want and what we can afford.
