Our kitchen designer Anil, was the epitome of professional and friendly at the same time. He advised us throughout the process, leading to a well chosen , well loved kitchen from the Willenhall store. We were extremely pleased with our dealing with Anil and would definitely recommend his services to anyone seeking to plan for a new kitchen.

Click and collect order 1st item was damaged I had been contacted to say it was chipped but it was in fact a chunk missing on a prominent place and no offer of a discount so I asked for a refund. 2nd item was smaller than I expected I questioned this and was told it was correct but checking the email measurements I had in fact been given the wrong item so now i have to take it back.

Great service & I got my order from the customer service desk straightaway with minimal wait. Lovely Indian lady who served me too. Thank you!

Homebase in Wolverhampton is generally a great place to shop, earning a solid 4 stars from me. The click and collect service is convenient and allows for shopping flexibility, plus the friendly staff is always ready to assist, especially with heavier items. Ordering online is a breeze, with fast delivery and secure packaging, like my experience with paint. I’ve had positive interactions with knowledgeable staff, particularly Farak, who provided excellent customer service during kitchen and bathroom planning. The only downside was a mishap with an incorrect item for click and collect, but overall, the service is mostly good.

Very good experience, we love the chair we purchased for our bedroom looks really nice and ready to pick up was very efficient beautiful colour grey.

Went to Homebase to click and collect 2 black Chester lights. They had picked 1 black and 1 silver by mistake, couldn’t explain where other black light was. No mention of any complementary for the inconvenience just a refund. They lady I spoke to did apologise.

Popped into my local Homebase branch, asking for advice on what furniture repair are available. Sue who served me was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and full of idea on how to repair a small dent and chip in my wardrobe door. Took the time to show all the different products available. Thanks Sue 😁

Gurps welcomed us into the store so nicely, helped us figure out where we needed to go and helped take our large and heavy returns items and put the aside so we could shop for other items we needed. It doesn't sound like a lot but the friendly nature he showed us and the thoughtfulness shown to make our shopping experience pleasurable meant a lot. He wasn't there to thank when we left so I mentioned to Sonita how nice he had been and she pointed me here to so I could praise him. Sonita was also so helpful and so friendly to us. Really impressed with the staff, what a great team, well done and thank you!!

The friendly staff. They were helpful and professional. They helped me find my item. And without asking they helped us carry the item to our car. They carefully loaded my items into our car and packed it so has wouldn’t move. So nice to be offered this service without having to ask . I would certainly recommend this store. We recently had a new kitchen and after getting a quote and design from all the usual companies we went for Homebase. The service and design we got from Farak was far above and beyond what we got from everywhere else. He was so patient with my constant changes and created our dream kitchen. I highly recommend Farak and Homebase for a stress free and top quality service

I use Wolverhampton Homebase a lot! Click and collect easy. I can browse for just the right item at home at any hour and collect at my convenience. Wolverhampton staff are always friendly. With heavy items I'm always offered a 'we'll get someone to put that in your vehicle.' Click and collect doesn't stop me from having a browse around the store before I collect. Always an offer on or something that catches my eye.p
