Excellent service! Naz was a lovely young man, very helpful and polite. Helped me select the product and put the item in the trolly and took it to the car. Would recommend Homebase to my friends.

Wolverhampton Homebase

Tony from Wolverhampton Homebase provided amazing service. He went above and beyond to help us (both in store and helping us load items into the car) - which we were very grateful for.

Poor service - wrong items picked and had to pick items off shelf myself thus delaying my shop here. Should be quick with click and collect and wasn’t as expected. Employed staff are expected to work with accuracy - that’s their job, surely.

Caroline the assistant was very help full and answered all our questions on how best to order the furniture we wanted. Then when we returned the following day she sorted our collection quickly and efficiently .

Visited to purchase paint. Homebase colleague Sunita was excellent when assisting me in obtaining another 5 litres of paint, as only one was on the shelf and I needed two. Extremely, polite, helpful and friendly and more than happy to assist me, along with Sunita's male collegue, that I unfortunatelydid not get the name of. Wonderful experience in store today. Cannot fault customer service provided. Thank you to you both for your help today.

We were on the lookout for a suitable shed-base and were very fortunate to receive excellent help from Mitesh. He had a very friendly and helpful manner and was very knowledgeable too. After measuring up the wooden pallet boards first we decided it would be more cost effective going down the route of paving slabs instead.
He calculated how many we'd need in total and talked us through them and the whole process of laying down the slabs, using the spirit level and also the right type of sand to lay underneath the slabs etc. He also loaded the slabs onto the trolley for us and even wheeled them down to the checkouts for us.

Overall, we really appreciated Mitesh's help, assistance and advice and in terms of customer service he really was 10 out of 10! We've now laid them down and positioned the shed accordingly on top and are very pleased.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, manager,gave me an alternative to one I ordered as hadn't got in at no extra charge. Asked if I needed help loading into car. Young lad said any problems just let us know an we'll see what we can do.

Came in for paint mixing, Tony advised and sorted it all out in a few minutes, no problems!
