What an absolute load of pants,Some items we were going to buy had a 20% reduction and others 15%.We were going to spend over £450,due those discounts.
Now,these reductions apply to everyone.I then had a seperate offer come through for me personally, to get 10% off,for first online order.Great I thought,I proceeded to check out and every discount had been wiped off and replaced with 10% off.
So why am I going to accept 10%,when they had 20% off.
It should be 30%, the 20% that everyone can have,plus the 10% off for signing up to online.
Lost a big sale.

Firstly Sarah phoned to explain about an alternative product to one out of stock. She sourced and left with the collection items to pay on collection.
The next day I collected items and Sou was very helpful dealing with extra item to be purchased.

Always use this store for plants and vegetables ect. Good value for money and last ages when planted.

Delivery men carried the parcel around the back garden for me. Very helpful.

Found the items of furniture I was looking for in natural oak and oak veneer. Not too heavy looking, seems well made, very pleased with my small sideboard and TV cabinet. Simple to order and a quick availability and delivery. The only downside was the logistics company who delivered, giving false information so although there was a tracker, it showed goods still in depot despite delivery time given. It started at 9.49 am then 10.53 am then eventually at around 10.30 am I received a phone call from the wonderful delivery men who said they'd be arriving around 30 mins later. They did, brought the furniture indoors, all in boxes and very well wrapped up inside with thick brown paper and cardboard packing. Beautiful, looks very smart.

The quality of products plus the great choice makes Homebase my number 1 go to all my home projects. Staff instore are all very helpful. Online orders are great, delivery is good.

Phoned on Thursday and spoke with Matt who was very helpful, friendly and polite and sorted out a change of information on my click and collect order.
Traveled down from Liverpool then on Sunday 15th Jan 24 and once again received the same level of excellent service from Haider, Mitesh and Sue .P. .
Can honestly say that it’s been a very long time since I have received such good friendly customer service from anywhere!

We arranged a visit for our kitchen design, the visit could not have gone smoother. Our designer, Farak was patient, knowledgeable and brought some ideas up which we hadn't considered. We were offered a coffee and biscuits, and taken through the design step by step. We've been in touch with Farak since as we had some minor charges which were our fault, and they were also very accommodating.

I would not hesitate in recommending this store, or Farak highly enough. We've had impeccable service and they have beaten our budget too. Great service and please pass on our thanks to Farak, he was brilliant!
