JENNY such a helpful staff member!!!
The lady who served me was called jenny.she had a very warm smile and nature about herself and was very welcoming.very friendly and helped me out,as well as I hoped my little help back paid off for her.(private this part) very excellent sales /collection point person and can see she is a well liked member of the team.And I hope management are aware how good of a employee they have!!!.

Wonderful staff
Went into the Wolverhampton store to look for an item but couldn’t find it so I asked Brandon who was very polite and made sure it was in stock he then called Caroline down to see if she could find one, she wasn’t gone long before returning with the item I needed both members of staff made my experience better and both are a credit to your team

Ordered on line but never fail to purchase something else when I go in to collect my order. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Wolverhampton Homebase is my favourite "go-to" DIY store.

Awful Xmas Sale
Diabolical christmas sale!! Usually they have a large selection of xmas sale so i made a special trip to the wolverhampton store this morning, they hardly had any christmas stuff at all!! Like 10% to say last year, a very very small selection, dont bother! Onlines awful too with most things out of stock for click and collect! Did they sell it off xmas eve cos god knows where the stock went

Very efficient
It was very easy to order the item online. I had an email immediately letting me know when I could pick it up (after 10am next day). On arrival, I gave the order number to a lady who produced the item within 2 minutes!
